Paul Gascoigne

He's been out of the news for the past several weeks and is back in it for racially abusing a woman.

Surely, he should be helped out by Lord Sugar who can spare a few hundred million to fund his ongoing drinking and drug taking as he is a legend after all who brought pleasure to millions. The sad act can't even get a gig on TS so is there any hope for him?

Sir Alan doesn't believe in wasting money ,which rehab for Gazza almost certainly is. His only hope is his other best mate Ronald Irani.

Otherwise he's going on my annual TF 2017 death list.

He look in his 80s , not 49 . He is on borrowed time, and even Bestie in his last year looked healthier than Gazza.

He's fucked then :? . Such a waste of talent :( . Gazza is , to this day , the most gifted player i've ever seen in an England shirt .

That was the general bit between the lines yes.

But Gazza's a hopeless alchy ,no different to someone on their last legs through heroine who can't help himself

Aye, it's no coincidence that England's best two tournament performances since 66 have been the two tournaments that Gazza played in.

The most gifted footballer to come from these isles (better than Bale) but he is
beyond help these days.

I'd say Best was the best from the UK. Dalglish was quite tasty too.

To include Gascoigne in the same sentence as Best for a comparison is criminal.

He was the best of his era. Charlie Cooke, Worthington, Marsh, Curry, Hordle and many others were just as exciting and equally talented

It all started going wrong for him when he got injured in that fa cup semi final. It's a shame ihe didn't go to Man U, fergie was good at keeping an eye on his players.

Please add Alan Hudson in that list. Thanks in advance. Had a heart attack last night, poor lad.

Yes he did. The fat fuck escaped any opprobrium for nearly snapping Gary Charles' leg in half. Scandalous.
