Is that local to you sub.
Nope; it's a Scottish thing, I think.
You don't get this anywhere else in the country?

Chips, onion rings, vegetable pakora, chicken pakora, mushroom pakora, donner meat and of course SALAD

Only ever had one. Suffice to say there was still about three quarters of it left in the morning. That lot + a can of juice will set you back about £9
:---)

:D

Don't think so; think it's a Scottish invention.

Lucy morning routine is up at 0600, bowl of special K and glass of orange juice in bed, browsing internet. In shower at 0630 hrs, dress and out the door with the dogs at 0650 hrs. Get back with dogs and then out the door for work at 0730 hrs. An absolute breeze.
Special K is ok, watch the Orange juice, it's full of sugar! Sounds like a good routine.
Bloody hell Lucy. Leave me one vice!!!
Sorry :(
My Bowl of special K and glass of water was lovely this morning. Yummy.

Fruit and nut museli, chopped banana, blueberries, two desert spoons of wheat bran, half a teaspoon of honey and semi skimmed milk.

Ate it sitting on the bog.

Might substitute the museli for Granola

Substitute the museli for onion bhaji's and we're on to a winner here.

We'll scrap the honey and replace it with chicken jalfrezi.

Replace the fruits with rice (white not wholegrain).

Semi skimmed milk? How about a pint of peroni.

Might try this out tomorrow.
