Absolutely brilliant

Bought some stuff before Christmas only to see it reduced in the sales, contacted them under their "Never knowingly undersold" policy and they've refunded me the 40 quid I would have saved if I'd waited.

Great stuff.

Well he's hardly gonna brag about the failures and humiliations like the time Halfords customer care had him standing on one leg across the hall shouting "PING!" at the reciever when he rang up to complain about his 'go faster' stripes peeling off from his Ford Ka after two days, is he now?

I ordered a Denon mini system online on 2nd Dec, it was available when I ordered it, the following day I got an email saying it wasn't available until the 19th and on the 19th got an email and a phonecall to tell me it wasn't available until next year but they didn't know when. I cancelled the order.
