Re: The Missing
Not watched any of this series yet, Deise, but will catch it all later. From reviews read, sounds similar in its jumping across time and old Detective Baptiste. Did enjoy the first series, despite Jimmy Nesbitt and despite shite ending. Any good?
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

I did enjoy the first series, in spite of Nesbitt as per, but preferred this series. Very gripping. Great cast. Would recommend.

Fred Kite: I've got to be off. I can't stay here arguing. I've got a lot to do. Report to the Executive, check up on the pickets.
Mrs. Kite: From what I can see, the only time you ever jolly well *do* any work is when you're on strike.

Watched final couple of episodes last night, Carlos - is terrific, and I think a lot better than series 1. Has a proper ending for a start.Carlos J wrote:Not watched any of this series yet, Deise, but will catch it all later. The actor who plays Baptiste is great.
Plus, this lovely lady is in it (NSFW):
