Going tonight.
Strong rumours that it'll be a farewell to Big Joe and his magnificent buttocks.

If so, a sad day.

Young Boys knocked out at the final qualifying round.

Ray Wilkins will be disappointed.

Cue more nauseating drivel on TS no doubt about how great a keeper Hart is and the great job he did tonight. The match was a dead rubber FFS.

That wasn't even a game, it was a training session.

Glad I didn't pay for the ticket.

But in all seriousness, if 'your' team isn't involved in the big boys comp, feel free to post.

Well done City - game was won of course last week - but can't believe someone I know, who is quite gambling astute decided to back City -2. WTF! He put the bet on Monday, but still. WTF! This game had 2-1/1-1/1-0/2-0 written all over it.

Look forward to beating Pep at Pakrheid in the CL draw tomorrow.

Great draws for Leicester, Arsenal and Spurs tbh.

Man City's group looks tough but they paid big buck for Pep so time to earn his corn.

I'm in no position to say it's an easy group because we are unknowns at this level but if we were offered that draw I think we'd have taken it.

Fairly short travelling for the fans too.

:D

It looks like you will have at least one team whose fans will hoover up all your spares. :D

Would imagine about '2 mullion' (at least) Shellic will be expected to come down/fly in, to Manchester 'frae all over tha werrelled' for the game...

United's megastore better stock up as well just in case loads of Barca fans visit again like they did the last time they played you..

Astra 1-0 ahead at the Londoninium Stadium. Won't it be mildly funny if Wets Spam go out tonight?

Great draw for Leicester they deserved it. Their fans have the opportunity of going abroad without it killing them financially.
Hope they get though to the next phase

Christ Kev , is Derek Acorah aware of your psychic gift :D ??

That's a hell of a task for your boys to get as much as a point out of that group and that's by no means a criticism of Celtic . It's just they probably couldn't have picked a harder group had they wanted to .

Having said that , there should be some banging European nights coming up for you to savour :partyman:

West Ham are out. That's less money for the club to cream off at the expense of the taxpayer.

Brendan will have to earn his money to keep Celtic in Europe post Christmas given that group.

Bubble blowing, shifty cunts will be expecting us to subsidise their loss of revenue for the reminder of the tournament and for not winning it. Bastards.

Cheers, my man :)

Got a great text from a pal today "I think we'll struggle to get fourth in that group" A very tough draw, and even Borrusia I believe were undefeated against Bayern last season. I think we'll end up with anything from 0-4 pts, 4 being the very maximum too.

You enjoying life back in the SPL? Welcome back to the SPL! A bluenose pal of mine ended up going to most of the away games when Rangers went through the leagues and I think he's only got 4-5 stadiums to go to complete the list of professional Scottish grounds visited.

What's the hope for this year? A title challenge? Or just to finish in the top six? I think Aberdeen might push Rangers a bit this year, but we'll see, Aberdeen had a golden chance last year to win the title, but blew it on the road and in October when they took 1pt from 18 in SPL matches.

Hope you are well, Salem!
