Still will be a good day for me with Taylor out and if MvG wins. And another silver medal. :)

Thatta reminds me. I'll do an all-time medal table. As above much as I like MvG and he's never won a TV ranking major 3 years in a row, a different winner would also be nice.

Kyleo not taking chances now. Getting flattened.

Also as <Mace says if Wright reaches the final, he'll knock Philth down to #5 in the world rankings. Such a document would deserve a picture frame.

Nasty timing of a Bull for Wrrrright. Anderson just not in this unfortunately.

Ock then. Highest checkout was 161 by Wade. 10 more points to CJ and HM.

Boxes still aliiiiive in blue at the bottom. Holden and Del can still get Wright as runner-up for 25pts. Plus nearest the winner's average will get 15pts which keeps 3rd place alive for almost everyone.

Tie-break is still number of spot-ons, then number of almost spot-ons, etc.

Semis from 7.

Michael van Gerwen v James Wade
Mensur Suljovic v Peter Wright

Might now be snoozing tonight, but can't see beyond MvG v Wright final with MvG winning. If so, played Holden and cheers as always for the game, RM.

I hope the gentle makes the final. Wright is a great player but he doesn't have the bottle to stick with mvg in a first to 11 game . Suljovic can slow the game down and mvg doesn't like that

I really shouldn't stay up for the evening, a few hours kip and 4.30am rise takes its toll. But tempted. Arrars even waiting for MvG to up the gears. Wade won't. Hope he does with Sammi or such a disappointment for a girl. :?

And he did.

Armchair sports psychologists will say that Mensur played the game of his life v Taylor earlier and from such high may blow now. Hopefully not. All about keeping it coming as champions do.

Mensur learnt to play darts in his Brothers cafe in Vienna. Europes most beautiful city. Would love to see him win this, but Wright is a solid player.

Good, tense break from Mensur afrer many missed doubles. Needs to get back the vibe.
Leader. I went to Vienna last year for err as per Eurovision. 8) And heard others say similar. It was a nice city, though always tend to the grim areas. Certainly not Europe's most beautiful in my opinion. That is another ponderer and classifications and maybe a thread you should start as would be interesting.

Mensur all sorts of arm gesticulations after throws. But woo 7-3.

Well done Carlos for not kipping 8)

Wright looking puzzled and shifty. I don't see him getting back into this, although Mensuuur is an unknown entity at this level or even generally.

Wade will be seething. Held on to MvG for almost the whole match despite scoring poorly.

Ooh Hopp's in.

wonder how many legs MvG and Jelle would have got through in the time it's taken these two to play 12... it is not one for fans of fast-paced thrillers. Differently engaging.

Possibly. Though saw none of that either. Everyone most polite, beggars and chancers easy to deal with. Pretty places by all cities have them.

Fabulous dart. Badly obscured tops bed. Clown back in the room. 7-9.

I think he just slaughtered a creature. There will be letters.
