I commented on the 35 working days it took to reach a decision, but I suppose that she had to go through the hundreds, if not thousands, of pages of testimony (after all I reckon no one can remember everything that was said), but now that the verdict has been given. it does seem a long time to sentencing, but we get that under our system too, how many times have you heard that someone has been remanded awaiting sentence more than a month hence.

It isn't even as if he's gong to be sentenced then, according to something I heard it could take up to 3 days, what with the prosecution and defence having their say, as well as, I suppose,the trick cyclists and psychologists, why is beyond me, after all, he was sent to a psychiatric unit for a month to be assessed , they have all the reports.

What I saw of his testimony it had more holes than my colander, perhaps she was swayed by his tears,and all his feelings of insecurity.

Some of her reasoning certainly was strange, and the dreaded Mail seems to think that she will be greatly criticised, how can she think that he didn't mean to kill anyone when he shot through a door four times.
