Sounds a godsend for jihadis supported by Islamist thinking foreign governments. Get them here and refuse to have them back. We're stupid enough to stand for it as well.
It's something UKIP and before them the BNP never grasped ( or if they did, did not want it understood)

If you deport someone, and the destination country refuse to have them, they have to come back. The carrier is obliged to return the person.
That's true whether or not you are in the EU.

How fucking ridiculous. No doubt you're in favour of it though and can't see any problem.

As a matter of fact I don't think it's right.

I know you like to put words in peoples' mouths.

But the problem is how do you force a country to accept someone they don't want to accept.

Well I remember Australia deporting someone many years back based on nothing but historical links. Naturally we accepted him as he was a criminal.

As for the question, I'm sure we could be just as awkward if we tried.

Stalin never had the need to deport anyone. He just found places where they could work and spend the rest of their days.
Sure, it didn't include Playstations, luxury apartments and huge benefit cheques.

Any country that refuses to accept deported citizens should be denied visas.

You've got the full set haven't you?

A nap hand of prejudice.

if we are talking about people in detention, one can only marvel at their lack of gratitude for the life of luxury they live...to the extent that suicide is way higher than ever before.

If you mean as an asylum seeker these would be the people who get £35 a week and who are prohibited from working.

This is the first time I have read a remark on here suggesting we should emulate Stalin. Nice.

What are asylum seekers supposed to do , Sit on their arses indefinitely. We have enough home-grown layabouts without
importing any more. You can't subsidise the feckless that don't like the country they were born in.
And they can't be that suicidal when you consider the amount of children they continue to have , irrespective of their income.

That does seem to be a rather simple and effective solution. :dart:

Thing is, many of the countries where the migrants come from are those who already have high visa restrictions for UK entry. Which is why they stay here illegally in the first place.

The great majority of illegal immigrants are here alone.

And the point about suicide was re people in prison...not in a position to impregnate anyone.

Apart from that, great post.
