I see someone else has resigned. I smell a cover up, someone's trying to protect politicians, police and others.

Besides, these cases tend not to get off the ground in the first place. Police don't investigate therefore no evidence, High powered lawyers threaten legal action if claims cannot be substantiated. Enter Catch 22 situation.
