If we devoted the same effort and resources to drug dealers and burglars that we do to this, would that improve things a bit ?

No I do not, the call can wait till I can take it if they ring back or I ring them back. It boils my blood when I see someone on the mobile while behind the wheel of a car, lorry or van. People seem to forget or don't seem to realize that a car is a weapon in a way and can be used as such on purpose or by mistake. But ignorance is something that boils my boils. In this case big time, for reasons just said.

What I notice is women texting more, men speaking on phone more. Both get a long horn blast from me and a hard stare. Because they are in the wrong and they should be let known they are in the wrong.
