From what I saw on the news last night, it sounds as though the driver was slumped over.

Poor bloke has probably had a heart attack or something similar.
If Arsenal were playing in my back garden, I would draw the curtains.

Years ago US operators were required to fit dead mans handles but this operator had not yet complied because of cost. Though this will probably cost them many times more.
Give it a few weeks though and there will be a dumb conspiracy theory about it.
