I was going to have plain old toast but decided to slice some cheddar then added a dollop of mayonnaise. It was very nice.

It is nice, in a fancy brown sauce way with scotch bonnet chillies.

Not especially spicy, but it's a nice thing to eat.

Really nice as a marinade.

You should have what I call ''a cereal combination''.

Basically, it's just four Weetabix with Branflakes and Cornflakes in the same bowl but it's lovely, and it's filling.
