Anyone bought a pumpkin this year? I might get one, gets in the Halloween spirit. Quite fun carving them. You can make soup with the insides

I prefer bonfire night to be honest. A traditional Protestant celebration. The supermarkets have been selling loads of cheap tat for Halloween . . It's nice for kids though

I seem to remember it was a struggle to get a pumpkin last year, this year the shops are full to the rafters still

I bet the farmers are getting 30p per pumpkin, fuck all considering their size and growing time
