Ice cold carbonated water (Of your choice ) with a spoonful of cider vinegar in it.

Apparently, I've got a drink problem because I drink about three cans on the night after grafting all day.

I don't touch a thing before dark and a can of the above is a damn good excuse not to have to go out in the motor again.
