Hello, I'm after a bit of advise for " a friend"
My friends step son has recently split up with his wife, and has recently started talking to someone on a dodgy website "Loveaholics "
Now this friends son has aspergers and believes the girl to be real, and in his words
"She has really helped him to come to terms with my break up."
He really believes this girl is going to meet him and start a beautiful relationship.

Now here comes the dilemma
Does my friends step dad tell him it's all bollocks ( which it obviously is) or let him find out by his own mistakes and break his heart, he is 27 so in no way a child, but has aspergers so finds it hard to rationalise things,

I'm not particularly clued up on Aspergers but clearly his confidence has been destroyed and it looks like he's opting for the protection of the online world rather than the harshness of the real one.

I reckon he'd definitely benefit from some time in the company of real people. Maybe a weekend away with the lads doing "man stuff"?
