Yes I got this one.

It's fucking excellent, comes with every kind of fixing you will need for cars, bikes, helmets. a fully waterproof case (took it on holiday and filmed the kids swimming underwater)

It has a car mode, so it detects when the power is switched on and records automatically, and it also records in a loop so once the end of the datacard is reached it starts again from the beginning.

Video quality is really good

It costs 40 quid and I've no fucking idea how they do it for that price.

I'm getting another one for the rear of my car,

I got a Garmin one for £120.Dashcam 10 is the model.
Pretty decent, records audio inside the vehicle, and you can use it as a digital camera to record accident damage in "snapshot" mode.
I released the blob must to my darkest dread

But its mint choc chip which is the ice cream flavour of Satan's spermatozoa

Careful now, you’re being beastly to Leado and this canno he totlerated.

Here's a couple of screen caps

First is on a really really dull day

2nd is on a dual carriageway doing about 70

Like I say, for 40 quid, I really don't know how they do it, the quality is astonishing.

What do you need them for, is it mostly for insurance purposes?

Lot of scams going on, and has been for some time.

e.g. you are on a road with parked cars, and you get flashed through by oncoming vehicle. As soon as you move so do they and smash into you.
Don't always believe what you think, because sometimes its' a load of shite

I was trying to avoid that particular unpleasantness, for a change.
I was just wondering if it might help with insurance claims. Thats the only reason I can think of getting one.

I got one after I hit a car at about 5mph he rolled forward nudged a fucking huge land rover.

They both got out - everything was fine.

Funnily enough, they both reckoned they had whiplash - cunts.

I caught a guy on cam running out of Sainsburys chased by security guards and I followed him in my car. I gave a copy of it to the security guards the next day, and when the fucker tried denying he was there when he was caught for somthing else, it came in very handy.

That time again, back on the dash cam hunt....

never been so confused , not difficult

all these features, genuine brands, chinese knock offs....need two at least, have no clue what to get, looking on canadian ebay

want wide angle, want rear view if possible, not of passengers but from rear window, not sure if system exists with a small additional camera that can be placed at back of car, decen battery life, as i hate cables everywhere, especially from cank 12v, would like g sensor, or something that starts recording if car is bumped whilst stationary...

so many different types of cam, frying my pea brain

Don't get anything made in China.

If it manages to last beyond five minutes after the stress of getting it out of the box and mounting it, you'll probably find it fucks up at the first sign of hard breaking and would completely disintegrate if it got involved in a bump.

Why don't you stop being such a fanny and people won't see you as a soft touch and take the piss out of you like this? Oh thats right you can't, cause you are one. Oh well lucky you got the camera, that doesn't scream 'bellend' at all.

Been using the Transcend Drivepro 200 for about 6 months. Not the smallest, but the image quality is excellent and its only about 80 quid.

One tip though, if you have the time and feel adventurous its well worth hardwiring into the car to save having ugly wires running around your windscreen to the lighter socket.
