Juicing
Taken the plunge and bought a juicer from ebay. Expensive way of getting healthy, but now I'm off those cans of poison (spesh) and if I don't want to spend the rest of my life 'fat, lonely and scruffy' I need to spend.
It's an 'Andrew James Juicer pro...
What I'm aiming to do is go two days eating bowls of Alpen and drinking juice, and then eat properly on the third day. Tough. But I can do it!
Money I save on alcohol and fags can go toward fresh fruit and green veg.

Re: Juicing
Watch those fruit sugars, Horse. One banana is equivalent to 7 spoons in a cuppa .

Horse - try this for shitloads of recipes.

Excellent for making soup, put the veg through the juicer, cook the pulp with some stock, then add the juice in a couple of mintes before eating it.

Re: Juicing
Oh and buy your fruit and veg from a market, tastes better, potatoes last longer and compared to supermarket prices, they're practically giving the stuff away.
This lot cost me 16 quid
