Coffee

Post by kevin04 »

Do you like it? Do you drink it?

I only drink it occasionally at work and always black. I don't even think I like it. More just something to do.

I do like tea though. That is one hell of a drink.

Do you drink coffee?

Me the same, Only since I lived here. its the done thing, I never had a coffee (other than the first one to taste) until about 10 months ago......so now sometimes I will take 'cafe solo' or 'expresso' same thing, very tiny cup down it in one or two sips boiling hot, then another shot of something to take the acid of your stomach or whatever it is.

I think UK bars missed a trick in slowly bringing coffee machines into the esablishments, Personally I prefer redbull,

As for Tea I have acup in the morning, and one with my lunch on a weekday, I drink it boiling hot so it burns my throat, the only way i can drink it, like beer, has to be ice cold. Can't do lukewarm tea or beer that is not even frosted.

I like tea in Mcdonalds as it is always boiling hot, but I porefer the Mcdonalds here where you can have a Beer instead 8)

Coffee is the drink of the gods. Legend has it that Zeus said "I am as Hades is in the morning until I have had my first coffee."
I have to have instant coffee with milk but proper ground coffee I drink black. The best instant coffee, in my opinion, is Nescafe Alta Rica and I currently have two packets of ground coffee from Harry and David's Las Vegas outlet - Cinnamon Swirl and Rum and Butter Punch flavour and they are both absolutely wonderful.

Jamaican Blue Mountain is also very good but a tad on the dear side.

NEVER use instant. NEVER use a Cafetiere. Never use any of the shit gadgets Clooney shills. Only EVER make coffee in one of these. If you plan to drink it, make like the Italians do. Easy, simple, great tasting.

I'm drinking to much instant coffee 6 cups a day. Never used to but it's become norm at work.

Going to make a concerted effort to switch back to green/white tea.....used to drink a lot of it and felt a lot better than I do on the coffee

The Nescafe cappuccino sachets are tasty and are usually on offer somewhere if you keep an eye out.
