Got a mate visiting over the long weekend (Monday off - yay!) who is looking forward to sampling 'real Siberian weather'.

Worked in Canada for a few years, -32 was the lowest i remember, but not the coldest i have felt,-10 beside lake Ontario trying to start a machine, it was cold and i was wet and i was shivering cold, teeth chattering the lot, thought i was going to freeze to death. now, not at the time though.
