Last I heard of him was on H and J trying to flog is Marbella pub, then it turned in to a straight swap for a yacht. I think he does ''Dos Cervevas and pie and chips radio'' out in Blighty-Blighty land too.
There is a trail on the Alan Brazl Spòrs (Al kens his Gàidhlig - Spòrs/Sports - ann an Alba/in Scotland) breakfast with someone who at first I thought was Wilkins saying "What? That golf cheat", but after four listens it could be PBT.
Anyhoos, PBT - what a man. I liked him and Rod. I liked it for non-sporting reasons. PBT jetting in to Gatwick every Sunday night at 11pm for his 5 stint show, Rod for his "Being honest Paul, I'm going to go to a Wimbledon bar and drink a bottle of champagne'', PBT speed dating, Sonia Kerry getting chatted up by Rodders, plus PBT occasionally singing.
Miles better than Durham/Goff.

Yup, PTB called Irani an idiot, during a live link from Spain. Breen-Turner was trying to explain how the Spanish were dealing with racism in their game. Irani was basically calling the whole of Spain Racist.
After that, Irani would always leave the studio ( for a bacon roll ) or keep quite when PBT was on the line from Spain. I can't remember the pair of them ever speaking to each other again.

On a slight segue, I remember a few years ago Irani pissing off Ian Abrahams in an on-air slagging match. I am pretty sure the Moose described Irani in very unflattering terms and got very angry. I could hear the rage building up between the two. I think it may have been over Irani accusing West Ham of playing a reserve team against Man Utd or something.
