Was Sylvia the religious one who could turn any discussion onto Jesus within about 30 seconds.

Boring Russ the security guard (ex-Collins caller as well as a caller to other talksport night time shows) is on 5Live right now.
He was always an excruciating listen. Sadly some presenters indulged him and he was deluded enough to think everyone wanted to hear his instantly forgettable views on life.
His best call was when he saw a UFO and drove around trying to find it & calling in with status updates, and finally calling in shamefaced when he discovered he'd been chasing the lights above a nightclub.

I don't think Sylvia is a bible basher. Her style consists of usually starting off fairly normal before getting all shouty about topics close to heart such as "junkies" and "scroungers."

Kev summed her up well on the other page: she's very likely to use a phrase like "I'd pull the trigger myself." The other night she was lamenting how she never got drunk in her day and her and her friends simply went out to dance in the music halls of Keighley

Sylvia is the northern woman who rants a lot telling everyone what to do to put the world straight. It's Christine who's the bible thumper.

Yes! I think only heard it once. Someone had to call in on their mobile and find a suitable house and sneak up and carefully flip the letterbox open and shout "I'M SHOUTING THROUGH YOUR LETTERBOX!" and then run away. I remember listening to the show on headphones at about 4am in the dark and staying awake until the caller called in and then some cunt shouted through *my* letterbox laughing like a loon when the caller did his bit, and you could hear him laughing and running away. Don't think he did it many times, management told him to stop doing it.

He's pretty serious on LBC. Bring back the old Collins to talkSPORT 2 and stories of being spat on by obnoxious Aussie road raging drivers and then shaking their hand after it.

kev, he's serious because LBC is a news station. The old Collins is gone.

I've stopped listening to his show.

Good luck tonight Kevin when you play Collins-Buzz-Word-Bingo but keep in mind while you're playing the game it's an old card from talkSPORT days so don't get thrown by it if you hear new fangled buzzwords from the mighty Colonel I will have to get round sometime to phoning the card printers and ordering newer up-to-date ones.
