The "92% of the takeover being completed" claim is a little misleading. 92% of shareholders voted in favour of the of the 315p-per-share offer which is pretty overwhelming and the takeover is making "good progress". Can't see a timetable for estimated completion of the deal, sufficed to say that the Digital Group hasn't yet been taken over by News Corp. So Dougie, please stop promulgating the line that Murray works for the Sun when he evidently doesn't.
