The Liverpool 'super-fan' thinks that the icons of the 1970's team will be sceptical about the style of play employed by Rodgers.

If anything, the model employed (i.e. patient build up) is exactly what the successes were built on.

It leads me to believe that this presenter is nothing other than a gob-shite.

Away from home that Liverpool side could be painfully dull. Lots of sideways passes on the halfway line by the back four. Mind you, that was typical of the era.

To be honest Dans I have only listened to one episode of the new series of Fighting Talk and that was with Christian O' Connell and I think he is ten times better than Murray at presenting the show because he fast talking and doesn't try to force his opinions like Murray always seems to.

I am bored with the format and guests though, the show peaked when O Connell left years ago when Bunce, Rawlings, Buckley and Mills were regularly on. I am not a fan of comedians on the show.

I didn't mean to be rude before, I just fucking hate Colin Murray.
