Perhaps it's because he has a PhD -so he's a DOCTOR of Philosophy.

I had emails from Samantha Camoron and William Hague over the last couple of days - obviously automated junk

When Mrs Thatcher won her second term my little sister wrote to her (she was 11 at the time) to say well done, and she got a hand written reply back.

My little lad wrote to David Cameron to suggest that nuclear waste got put on a rocket and blasted off into space. We got a reply from his office, usuall blah blah - we'll pass it on etc.

Lo and behold a couple of days later he got a lovely personal letter from Baroness Verma the under secretary of state, explaining to him in great detail why it couldn't be done (if something went wrong and the rocket exploded it would sent fallout over a massive area - in case you were wondering) - I thought it was nice that someone went out of their way to sort out a question from a kid.
