Awful Voiceover guy

Dear god, the adverts are bad enough but the voiceover "talksssporrt" deep-voiced guy is doing my nut in. Am I the only one who's noticed he's on every other minute. His voice is so disgusting I have to reach for the volume knob when he's on! Please stop it talk sport!!!!

Who's the guy who does the Alan Boozio Sports Buckfast voiceover? If it's not Finchy from the Office or Bill Guy I'm stumped
