Villa had their AGM the other night and unsurprisingly, the owner and his cohorts got pelters, largely around the transfer policy as the club continues it's slide in the Championship.

In a sometimes feisty exchange, one Stanloi Victor Collymore was mentioned as a potential saviour with his association to the club and being a lifetime supporter. His name was greeted with a combination of hilarity and contempt. I can imagine that Stan was absolutely seething judging by the article in the local paper. How could they mock the name of a Villa legend who strained every sinew for the club he graced, who cares so much for them that he doesn't want to betray the neutrality he is bound to by his employers, who claimed he had depression and in the end couldn't give a shit and takes every given opportunity to say what steps he would take if he ever had a part to play including filling in the fucking sides of VP.

Stan, if you're reading this, you're generally regarded in the terraces as a loudmouthed, woman beating moron who loves to use the airways as a platform to show your partisanship to a failed Cockernee spiv who was a clueless bellend and to also lambast an admittedly cackhanded board. Your problem is that any valid points you make about the management of the club are immediately nullified by your bitterness and anger from being removed from writing in the Villa programme. Being a sad cunt, swapped betwen TS and 5Live commentary last night of Liverpool Football Club v Stoke.

Jim 'Jim' Proudfoot and Ray 'Shouting' Houghton, with Graham 'Beeky' Beecroft touchline on TS were far better than Alan 'Greeny' Green and Chris 'Mullet' Waddle on 5Live, IMO. And I can tolerate Green.

Note though, on TS there was no Matterface and Stanloi. Also their effects mikes were up to 11. Twas a lot quieter crowdside on the Beeb.
