George Riley - still does that bloody awful "And Good Morning from George Riley" when he's already been introduced. Eughhh! Makes the blood run cold.

Rachel 'beast of' Burden - still claiming to be Irish? Really? If I could point at middle England, it would be her. Maybe a bit harsh on her, but the lisping, gulping, ''errs'' - fuck I'd be just as shite in that spot, but dunno, just can't take the lassie.

Nicky Campbell - ''very powerful'' repeat at any hard-hitting interview.

Adrian Chiles - heard his show twice, but pretty decent. Maybe the One Show and sat next to Ian Wright and Glen Hoddle for 10 years hosting England's football games fried his brain, but this is like the old enjoyable Chiles from Working Lunch and err, yes, no, absolutley, Radio 5 before he was famous. A good interviewer, and seems a decent guy.

Peter Allan - SMOOTH FM was surely named after this champ. A great voice, he must have a full-head of hair - maybe greying/ he MUST do, but still , bet he gets the POOTANG! I've not seen a pic, but he sounds late 60s/early 70s, but by christ, I bet he sounds like a mad/suave shagger. If Mendoza has bagged a thousand women then ol' Pete must have doubled that (and none of that Jewtree crap either, proper/legit women).

Chris Warburton - no real opinion, seems alright. He reminds me of hangovers, being bloated, over-weight, 'the fear' and January in general, having to pack a suit case and feeling about 2 stone over weight from Christmas and the general depression of Six Nations and rugby beginning again.

Dotun - he's an idiot, but a nice man. Please stop singing, shouting, but keep on laughing, never stop that. Heard a bit of World Football Phone-In and it's still the same. A few Champ Man geeks calling in about players they've signed or seen on Youtube and where/how/what/why etc.

Apart from drive time, which is poor but still beats tS by dint of not having Adrian Durham on it, I'd say pretty much every slot is worse than its equivalent on talkSPORT. Which is saying something, really.

Al Murray and Danny Baker on Saturday mornings are the only shows I actively choose to listen to.

5live extra, with its selection of county cricket commentaries and other sports stuff, is very good though.

Unless their is a major news story I am unlikely to listen to their non-sport progs.
