I have greatest respect for Rugby Union, they started it mid-way through the 19th century. Thankfully we grabbed it and turned it into a spectacle on 29th August 1895

Story goes that Peter Manuel slapped my older brother who was 10 at the time for giving him lip in East Kilbride where we lived.
When the murders arrest hit the press my brother identified him as the man who hit him. I was 3 and knew nothing about it
