Cold Feet.......

Post by Petingo »

I see Cold Feet is returning with a new series.

I quite liked it when it was on before.
Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.

I have greatest respect for Rugby Union, they started it mid-way through the 19th century. Thankfully we grabbed it and turned it into a spectacle on 29th August 1895

I dunno why, Sub,

As I told The Lashster when he expressed shock at my devotion to Neighbours, ol' Pet doesn't corral himself into a cultural ghetto when it comes to his TV viewing habits :)

Thought you weren't quite so pipe-and-slippers as that, though, Pet.

Neighbours was essential viewing in the late 80s and early 90s, though, with Natalie Imbruglia, Plain Jane Superbrain and plenty of other fine sheilas to feast your eyes on :dart:

Triangle was good, Sub......but Howard's Way was the mother of all nautical intrigues :)

To be fair to Pet, these days he is contracted to watch a lot of TV, even if it is garbage:

I was not a great fan of the original. I may watch out of interest. Old Steve Hunt posting you up ol' Pet is Leon. :)

Jimmy Nesbitt playing Jimmy Nesbitt again.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

Nesbitt makes Sylvester Stallone look like Olivier. He's also a massive cunt. Never watch anything with him in, although I was nearly persuaded because the very sexy Karen David is in this series.

Loved it first time around: I was living in Didsbury at the time, so felt close to it somehow.

Haven't bothered watching the new one yet.
I might have done one - not sure but possible.
