That IS Helen. The photo's were taken in Nice, by some perv who set up a website documenting topless girls. She was 19 at the time. I think she was working as an Au Pair. It was the high point in her career in my opinion. A more annoying woman I've yet to discover than Helen. Still, she has a regional accent, so I'll give her a pass for now.
