Cheapish smartphones?

Post by kevin04 »

I had a Xperia for a few years which did the business until I dropped it, dropped it again, and then it stopped working.

Willing to spend up to a 150 quid probably. Ideally between 60-100. Only really use it for whatsapp, my running/fitness, podcasts, radio, etc.

Don't know if I am keen to buy a Chinese one again. Bought a Dodgee (should have known eh) for my girlfriend to use abroad, maybe bad luck, but it was caput after 10 months and was around 75 quid.

Cliché much? Shite goalkeeper and stingy.

Anyhoos, cheers!

Fred Kite: I've got to be off. I can't stay here arguing. I've got a lot to do. Report to the Executive, check up on the pickets.
Mrs. Kite: From what I can see, the only time you ever jolly well *do* any work is when you're on strike.

Try a Samsung J5 or a Google Phone. Had both of these in the past year and they're good bargain phones which are a little over a hundred quid.
Please don't hoover up all the bollocks for yourself. Leave some for others.

I have a J5 no complaints at all.

I've had HTC's before, always breakdown before contract up in my experience.

Bought mine for thirty pounds off ebay a couple of years ago. Only really use it for tunein radio when out walking, to send texts and the occasional bit of web browsing. Maybe I got lucky, but I'm sticking with it until the OS becomes obsolete or can't be upgraded.
