Vodafone website new security measures

Post by beingsoblase »

Anyone else suffering this pantomime? You log in, password and username, then you have to get them to send you a text with a code so you can access your own account.
Except the text never gets sent. Phoning customer "services"? Don't make me laugh, 40 mins on hold.
It's a good job I just want to see if I'm due an upgrade and not something important, but if this is how its going to be I'll be looking elsewhere.

Nah, Satan's website is a lot easier to a access, Vodafone seems to be staffed by socially awkward 15 year olds who under no circumstances want to communicate with anyone.

Have to say I've always got the text message within seconds. Bummer now is I dropped my vodafone in some water and it died. :( Account is finished and was going to move anyway. Now to get the PAC I have to use their fucking live chat thing with some cunt begging me not to leave.

And was I wrong? I most certainly was. Dear Deepli gave me the PAC, said she was sad for Vodafone losing a long customer and bid me a good evening.

What a lovely experience on Live Chat. No hassling to stay, just customer services fine. I did do a survey after with fine comments after.

Goodbye Vodafone after long times. Dear Deepli, you should be proud of her, Vodafone.

Sadly not, BG. I once got to 1/3 base with some lass chatting Bangalore nightlife. But she must have had had a word in her ear to close down the chit chat. Could have been in there. :(

Ha. Funny you should say that. I do have full disclosure as they ask if you want a copy of your chat, so I did.

Over a week now since moved and Vodafone are still texting me about their great services. Useless fools.
