talkFORUM Video Screen Re-sizing

Having a slight problem re-sizing my embedded videos to the talkFORUM video window and wonder if anyone can help.

If I want to post a photo in a video clip in here I edit the photo to 1280x720 in size.

I save it at screen resolution 1920x1080 and screen ratio of 16.9.

It fits perfectly in the YouTube screen on YouTube like this below .....



But in the talkFORUM viewing screen it looks like this .....



And it's the same with video.

I've tried all ways to make it fit but have failed every time, can anyone tell me the exact size/s I need to do the job please?.
