As I've got older, I have to remind myself that flirty comments I made to girls at work years ago wouldve been met with laughter, lust or amusement. These days it would be seen as being from a dirty old man.

Regardless of age, Leader, if you are chatting with them, ask them if you can add them, ask then their FB name rather than them getting a surpirise request, could be seen as stalking. As per, most just want numbers so will be fine.

I have that policy. Same with family. I can talk to them any time, no need to see their daily shite. Tend to use FB for people I don't see often who live away, whom I have some interest in and can keep in touch with.

A couple of work colleauges I socialise with were friended then every other work cunt sends a friend request. Only so much blagging that I don't go on it much then the floodgates open. I like you as a work colleague, but we are not friends, nor will be.

Some of the desperadoes are friends with our employer, what fucking shite is that, so getting do you know XXXX was enough to to delete account and start again.

Happy with the 30 odd people I actually know and like rather than an ex still going 1k+ socalled friends getting seedy messages from bus drivers she once spoke to who fanciy their chances. It was grim reading.

Yep Carlos is right. Quite a bit younger than me, had fun until we both got bored with each other. After we finished she friend requested me, I accepted and that was that.
Then her new boyfriend messaged me, asked how I knew her and just said she was a friend and nothing more. I didn't want to mess anything up for her.
I liked her marriage and then her new child.
Out of the blue she posted a sexy photo on FB which her hubby clearly didn't like. I probably should of ignored it but liked instead.
He wasn't happy, sent me an unappreciative message which I thought best to ignore and move on. Still her FB friend though

I know they can with Linkedin. It's quite interesting to see who has looked at your profile - especially when it is ex-girlfriends!

Occasionally forget that it does notify the other person and I go for a stalking session only to remeber ten minutes later.

You can change your settings in your profile, however, something interesting is that if you upgrade to a full member, you can apparently see who has viewed your profile and vice versa.
