Showbox/HDcinema etc

Post by Roy Twing »

Anyone else use this type of app from a tablet?
I found out about them a couple of months ago as a great (almost too good to be true) way of viewing latest films & TV shows, but both seem to have stopped working at the time.
I've tried looking at forums, but they seem lacking in answers.
Just wondered if anyone has any one here?

A mate in work used to swear by HDcinema and watch stuff on his phone all the time, when he was supposed to be fixing my fucking machines usually. :x
I'll ask him if his is still working.
Id guess they were made to close. Probably spring up again under a new name soon.

That's what I assume - just seems unusual that there's not much discussion about it online.
I find/found it particularly useful since buying a Chromecast gizmo and able to watch through my TV.

I have Showbox running native and via Kodi on a droid TV box and on my mac via Kodi.

Don't use it much but it seems be working slowly; started some TV and films in low res, some took ages

Good to know you can Chromecast it but Popcorn Time looks a good alternative, Interstellar HD up and running in no time.
