Sky or Virgin

Post by caveman »

About to move house and decided that in my new place I am going to get Sky or Virgin.
Want to go for one of those bundles where you get broadband, call and TV channels included.
Which should I go for?? Sky or Virgin

Sky internet wise. Due to their unlimited bundle and non throttling of top speeds.

Sounds like you d/l porn 24/7 or stream shit. Some people just use the internet for email. Maybe the person doesn't care about internet speed.

If youve got the option of fibre optic with Virgin in your area, get Virgin, its weirdly fast. Otherwise, flip a coin.

If decent broadband is important then Virgin, it's a no brainer.

If you're not fussed about broadband and TV is your main concern then go with Sky. You'll get Sky Atlantic which isn't available on Virgin

I have Sky, the package includes fibre and HD tv and it is superb. As is Sky's customer service.

Virgin ripped us off. BUT, on the threat of cancelling they halved our monthly bill...
