I noticed many of the men at the WC darts kiss each other on the cheek. It's all very Italian. But the tournament isn't based in Italy and very few players are Italian.

Who will be the first darts players to come 'out'?

It's just a kinda piss-take insofar as the tabloid media are fucking desperate for a prole sportsman to come 'out' so more newspapers can be sold.
