Beat South Africa in South Africa last winter

Made final of the world T20 cup

Beat Sri Lanka and drew with Pakistan this summer

Drew with Bangladesh

Currently getting the better of India in India in a series everyone predicted we'd lose 5-0

So, err, no. :D

Australia have only won 2 out of 8 test matches they've played in 2016.

BT studio coverage is terrible. To be hoped they learn lessons for next year's Ashes. Swann, new teeth, Ponting, new hair, Vaughan, new hair and new teeth sat like 3 spanners on a workbench.

Greg James sounds an engaging character when doing his pieces on 5live, he's a rabbit caught in headlights on screen.

Who gives a fuck? Surely no one listens to any of those cocks - as long as they have cameramen that know how to capture the action professionally we will be fine.

Some cowardly shots played tonight. They're a shambles at the moment. Barring the appearance of a new Mitchell Johnson, England must be fancying their chances next winter.

Du Plessis - 100. Superb batting, some fantastic shots.

That innings was mint.

Predicted by all the experts to lose every test of the series (rather like Australia did on their last tour of India), but so far 1 drawn and 1 lost and 3 to play.

We are not losing at home. We have not lost the current series (unlike Australia) and we have not lost our last 5 tests in a row. Ergo, we are not the Scotland in this debate. :D
