Well Swann has retired and Monty is (sadly) gone in the head. If we could carry on playing them at their prime, I'm sure we would have done.

Moeen and Rashid failing with the ball I suppose are at least in good company - Shane Warne did bugger all in India too.

Under no real pressure they couldn't bat out a day- just not good enough I'm afraid. These are tough conditions and they are a good side- but we should be able to compete more than we have done recently.

The Aussies seem to have finally got their act together, especially Warner.
