Put your stuff in here.

Looks like Cooky's stepping down as captain in the new year.
Please don't hoover up all the bollocks for yourself. Leave some for others.

Bring back Ballance, he is brilliant at steadying the middle order.

Didn't take long for this thread to turn gay

But fair play, he & Root have played a blinder.

Early days I know, but a bit of a turn around after the last test.
If Arsenal were playing in my back garden, I would draw the curtains.

Well overdue. He could do with stepping down the batting order ASAP, but still give him a year to capture his form.

Jesus, Alco, you're opinions get more bonkers by the day!

How many openers do England have? Cook is the best we've ever had and we've gone through dozens trying to find another to play with Cook, why the hell would we want to start looking for TWO when we can't find one.

Cook averaged over 60 in the recent series against Pakistan and over 70 against Sri Lanka.

Moeen regularly scores key runs, regularly takes vital wickets, bats up and down the order without complaint and virtually no test goes by without him making a key contribution at some point. He is also our most stylish batsman and a joy to watch.

And all that before you even consider that beard.

What's not to love?

Yes, look at Cook fucking up at the top of the order again. How long can he get away with it.

Also, he must be thinking thank fuck at last they've given me a proper batsman to open with. Hameed, good enough to turn me from my Moeen man crush? No way! But he does look a fantastic prospect.

About the same time you post something sensible on this forum, which given neither me nor Moeen have a uterus means 'no time soon'.

India have won 12 out of their last 13 home tests. Puts our performance, win or draw, in perspective.

Definitely a very positive draw, and there's plenty of time to still improve.

Early tea due to dog dumping on pitch. Just one more piece of shit on the field to go with the other XI then.

Good luck winning or saving this one, England. Although still a 100 times better than Australia, so all is good with the world.

You need 7 days to get a result on these pitches .
