Away clubs allowed to claim up to 10% of stadium capacity for League Cup games, so should have been 5,700. West Ham delayed the tickets going on sale to away supporters and when they finally released them Chelsea ended up with 5,182 due to 'infrastructure issues', whatever the fuck that may be.
