Apparently the best supported club in the world haven't managed to shift all their tickets for a derby fixture tomorrow.

Know a couple of chaps who went up to Leeds tonight. 2-1 up in extra time v 10 men and Norwich lose on penalties. Ha, poor bastards.

Heard off someone else saying they took about 3000 tonight. Seems very high as only took 300 to Everton last round. Zippy, any idea? Will check the local rags tomorrow.

Thursty edit notification: EDP website says 1,905. Not bad.

Norwich's away following sounded decent tonight. Generally a good turnout for a league cup game.

I enjoyed tonight's match. Leeds showed real spirit and we are currently showing the most desire and organisation since the Simon Grayson days of five years ago. Monk has really lifted the place and I feel this team is capable of a playoff push.

Hope they do, Zippy. Way too long since Leeds were in the Prem.

It's all kicked-off at the Man Utd v Citeh game. Quite lidderally. Just now in fact.

Not hugely bothered about the result.

Phil Neville said that he thought City were happy to lose, or words to that effect.

Not happy but not unhappy.
Didn't deserve to win but they obviously weren't taking it too seriously.

Too right Carlos. I was 17 when we went down and fully anticipated 2-3 years in the wilderness. Never in a million years did I think more than 12 years later (I'm 30 a week on Saturday) that we'd never have come back once. To put it into perspective, Hull and Burnley have both been promoted to the top flight three times each during that period. Fair play to them but it's absolutely criminal how piss poor a fist of it Leeds have made.

And I see we have the bindippers at Anfield. Proper cup tie :)

Go to around 15 games a season home and away. All the London (I live in Greenwich) and southern games and do Elland Road 5-6 times a year. Originally from the West Midlands so usually get up to the Birmingham/Wolves games and doing Leeds-Villa over Christmas.

Made too many changes and all looked a bit disjointed till the main players came on.

QUARTER-FINALS - TUESDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2016
Arsenal v Southampton
Hull v Newcastle
Liverpool v Leeds
Man Utd v West Ham

only 2 in Euro competition left. Cue the whining from Wenger and Jose about fixture congestion.

Fucking Arsenal - another home draw.

Luckiest team ever.
If Arsenal were playing in my back garden, I would draw the curtains.

We are not in the CL. Conte really should have taken it a bit more seriously, the players too. Arseholes.

Relates to EFL Trophy.

They just make the managers or the person who selected the teams pay the fines. Perhaps they then might get the message to stop conning the fans.
