Now facing a ban from Rangers on top of his current three week ban for breaking Scottish football's strict betting rules.

The gormless pikey's now had claims shot down that he was going to join Celtic instead.

A source close to Rangers have said he won't play for the club again yet JB's in Scotland preparing for training. WTF? He's on a million a year.

Won't be back in a playing role, cutting the grass on gardening leave.
You have got to think he set this up for a pay off and a trip home :)

Returning to a club doesnt always work out. It might have done for Ian Rush and Mark Hughes. Burnley have been going really well in the league but if they start pummelling down the league then its going to really create problems at the club. I think Dyche has taken a huge gamble with this and could really hurt his reputation if Burnley go down.

He is my second most despised Joey, trailing behind the Joey in work who has a man bun and spends his entire day in the office writing on wrestling message boards while other people do his work :x

I like Dyche and really want Burnley to stay up. Its a great traditional humble club. Ive been to their ground too and although we lost (2009) i had a great day out there. Its what you'd call a proper northern club but i feel they have made a mistake in getting Joey Barton back. I also think Joey Barton has made a mistake too because after helping them get promoted he was seen as a success. This could be challenging for both Dyche and Barton and a huge huge risk/gamble.

I think the danger for Dyche is if he takes Burnley down again...this Barton signing will really haunt him and this is what could make him lose alot of trust and faith from the Burnley fans. This could be similar to when managers at West Brom(Mowbray and Megson times) and Palace would take their teams to the premiership only to come back down again. These managers lost trust and support of their fans. Joe Royle at City took the club from league one into premiership but came crashing back into the Championship and lost his job on the back of poor signings. Ian Holloway lost support of his fans after disastrous start to the 2013/2014 season despite bringing the team up. Di Matteo was sacked by WBA despite a decent start to the premiership campagin back in 2010-2011 despite bringing his team up the previous season from the championship

Football fans and chairmen can be fickle especially when it comes to premiership riches. I think Burnley will stay loyal to Dyche should they go down but trust will be on thin ice and Dyche's reputation questionable and he would be under scrutiny and spotlight
