Can see us losing on Saturday and losing ground possibly irrevocably for the play offs what with yourselves and Sheffield Wednesday winning. I like Monk and he's clearly doing a great job. Only thing you've got to fear is that cunt Cellino sacking him in the next five months.

I'll be there on Thursday night Lawnsy. Love Villa Park - proper stadium.

Cellino as far as I know is out of the picture and has sold his majority stake. Monk has been allowed to run things on his terms and bring in his own players and staff. That's why it's been ticking along nicely.

My mistake, getting my days mixed up over Christmas. :) Yup, the games do come thick and fast and difficult ones like these ones come a little too often. Should be a good game, zip. Worried about it though, your lot have a lot of resilience and I'm not sure our defence will be able to cope.

Yes, Stephen Fry probably popped over this Xmas for a 'mince'. Stephen Fry, Delia Smith, Ed balls. For fucks sake, is it any wonder we're fucking SHIT.

We've lost this one as I predicted we would. Being ripped apart down the wings by Leeds and decent finishing. Doing very little going forward and reliant as always on Kodija. Leeds are a good side and pretty solid and incisive. Get the chequebook out Dr X!

Get in!!! Kodija from the spot. 1-1. Don't think we deserved it though.

This Leeds team is going places. Need to lock Monk down on a long-term deal.

According to Quinn, half of Tyneside were on the verge of topping themselves before he strolled in and "gave the place a lift".
