At the risk of appearing like an embittered party-pooping Lashter Meldrew I'm afraid I'm going to have be a fly in the ointment here Bruv.....I have lost that first day of the season feeling, I've never felt so flat where in years gone by I was just as you described, like a little kid at crimbo who couldn't even eat anything such was the excitement .....I'm just too cynical about the PL these days pal, the con's far outweigh the pro's now IMO.....sad times
